Justin Timberlake’s “20/20 Experience World Tour” is currently in the country complete with the highly anticipated custom, automated bridge which seamlessly carries the performers from one end of the arena to the other over the crowd. The lighting is designed by Nick Whitehouse with Jason Gangi acting as lighting director.
The rig includes 104 x Clay Paky Sharpy Wash, 74 x Sharpy Spot, 44 x VL3000, 32 x VL3015, 12 x VL3500W FX, 12 x VL3500 Spot,75 x TMB Solaris Flare, 6 x MDG ”The One” fog machines and 2 x 360 followspot chairs with RJ Flo 1.8K Followspots. Control is by 2x grandMA2 fullsize consoles, 4x NPU, 2x NSP and 2x W-DMX Transmitters & Receivers. Lasers include 6 x Lasers KVANT SPECTRUM 20W, 16 x Lasers RAY TECHNOLOGIES PIKO 11W, E-Stop control, 1 x Network Control System (1000MBs over Fiber Optic), 1 x Solotech / Pyrotechnico Lasers 32-Way Master Control Unit and 3 x Solotech / Pyrotechnico Lasers 8-Way Remote Control Unit.
Jason has kindly agreed to conduct a tour if the lighting rig next week in Perth.
