My Gig

My Gig: Sean Clarke lights Les Miserables

My last gig as a designer prior to Covid-19 was Les Miserables, staged at the Riverside Theatre by Packemin Productions. Directed by Luke Joslin this production of Les Miserables was a very creative experience highlighting the classic story by Victor Hugo. The design was created based on the work of four followspots, a team of volunteers. With only three days of plotting before an 11am opening, musical theatre is the most collaborative of all the art forms and the Packemin Productions are no exception.
