Waves Audio has announced the expansion of the custom-shop Magma series with the release of the Waves Magma Springs plugin that offers a collection of seven popular types of spring reverb, including 50’s, Twang, Motor City, Class, California, Heavy and Dark Space.
— 50’s taps into the melancholic sound of old Memphis Blues records.
— Twang delivers a Tele-into-Vox sound.
— Motor City epitomizes that “old-school” soul and R&B sound.
— Classic is designed to help make almost any element sit beautifully in the mix, and at times, it can sound like a smooth plate reverb.
— California captures the sunny sounds of classic recordings from the 1960s and 70s.
— Dark Space is based on a hardware unit providing the sound of Dub.
Magma Springs is available as a single plugin or in the Mercury, Pro Show, and SD7 Pro Show bundles.
