Klotz shared details on its LSC3215YS 32-way speaker multicore designed for live environments. The company is also offering its LP321XY1M speaker multicore cable for use in multi-amplifier systems and the LP321XY4D breakout adapter, which provides a secure connection for the LP321XY1M.
The KLOTZ LSC3215YS, specifically designed for multi-channel systems, is likely the highest quality and most durable 32-way speaker multicore on the market, purposely built for demanding live environments. Featuring 32 numbered cores of bare stranded copper wire (class 6, VDE 0295) each with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², and an exceptionally tough PVC outer jacket with liquid crystal polymer (Vectran™) braiding, it serves as the ideal basis for our premium LP321XY speaker multicore series.
The premade LP321XY1M speaker multicore cable has been designed for the use in multi-amplifier systems and is 100% compatible with L-Acoustics SC32 cables. This multicore by KLOTZ is among the high-end cables in the speaker sector and transmits the signal in excellent quality even over long distances. The LP321XY1M is equipped with top-quality RMP 37p metal connectors with silver-plated contacts and transparent shrink sleeves on both sides for free labelling. With the LP321XYDC, we also have the appropriate extension cable in our programme.
The LP321XY4D breakout adapter provides a secure connection for the LP321XY1M. The extremely robust design of this adapter ensures reliable speaker wiring at all times, even in the demanding conditions of a live stage environment. Thanks to its clear layout and easy handling, setup and teardown times during live operation is significantly reduced. The base here again is the LSC3215YS LS-Multicore Xtreme cable, assembled with the durable 37p RMP M connector on one side and a 4x 8p PA-COM® F resolution at the fanout. LP321XY4D adapters are available with either an ultra-durable SGB metal strain relief at the fanout or a braided sleeve as a cost-effective alternative.
