YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY
Due to continued growth in our Service Division, we are expanding our Service Team and are looking for a skilled Service Technician ready to take the next step in their career.
This hands-on role will see you:
- Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining a wide range of systems.
- Working across audio, AV, lighting, broadcast, control systems and stage machinery.
- Attending client sites and being the face of our service team.
- Supporting installations with post-sale servicing and warranty work.
- Interpreting schematics and collaborating with product specialists to deliver high-quality outcomes.
You will be part of a highly capable team where your technical expertise, problem-solving ability and attention to detail will make a real impact.

ABOUT YOU
You’re a technically strong, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Ideally, you bring:
- Strong understanding of electronic circuit theory and schematic reading.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with pro AV systems, DSP, control systems and signal processing.
- Knowledge of broadcast video, conferencing systems and sound reinforcement.
- Experience working with both analogue and digital electronics.
- Ability to diagnose, repair and source components (including alternatives).
- Understanding of mechanical and electromechanical systems.
- Familiarity with audio networking and acoustic measurement.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- A customer-first mindset with clear communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Valid car licence (Class C) required for this role.
