- 1 x Permanent Full-Time position (38 hours per week, Monday to Sunday) and Casual positions available
- Full-Time salary: $64,207 – $72,166 gross p.a. plus 12% Super
- Casual rate: $40 – $45 (included 25% Casual Loading) per hour + 12% super

About the Role
This role supports the technical operations of the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre. Team members work collaboratively to deliver daily technical services across events and performances. Responsibilities include providing general operational support to the Technical Coordinator and assisting with the setup, operation, and pack?down of lighting, sound, video, data and staging equipment. The position contributes to maintaining a safe, efficient, and professional technical environment for all Centre activities. This includes:
- Ensures that all communication provided is correct, factual, timely, customer-focused and in accordance with the relevant legislative requirements and Council procedures.
- Safely install theatre lighting, sound and video equipment to complex plans and specifications supplied by clients to fulfil design needs

About You
To be successful in the position, you will have:
- Theatre and / or events experience with knowledge of procedures and techniques
- Current SafeWork NSW Construction Induction (White card)
- Current Working at Heights certification
- Current Class C Driver’s licence
- Current Working with Children Check
- Proof of right to work in Australia

Someone who can confidently support day?to?day operations, communicate well with colleagues, and step into lighting, sound, video, data or staging tasks as needed. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to maintaining a safe and professional environment are key.
