Come and join our Melbourne Event Productions team – based at our national headquarters, where there’s always a buzz! We work with an incredibly varied mix of clients and shows right through the year, designing, collaborating and managing some seriously cool events, conferences, shows and productions across lighting, video, rigging and audio.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and growing client relationships and understanding just how much they matter.
- Leading the end-to-end technical production process, from initial client briefings through to post-event evaluations.
- Conducting site inspections and technical rehearsals so everything runs flawlessly on event day.
- Staying across the latest technology trends and bringing new tools and processes in to lift efficiency and performance.
- Collaborating closely with clients, event managers and production teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
What you’ll bring:
- A polished, professional presence and an outstanding customer focus.
- A passion for delivering production of the highest standard, backed by a can-do attitude.
- A strong, demonstrable passion for delivering technical shows and events.
- The ability to give clear direction and lead production teams.
- High energy and confidence, with the capacity to manage a large portfolio of clients.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- The ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of CAD / Vectorworks an advantage, but not essential.
- A current driver’s license and your own vehicle.
