About the Role – Two-Thirds Inventory Legend, One-Third Admin Machine
Right now, we’re looking for a go-getter with excellent attention to detail and reliability who can coordinate the inventory lifecycle. You’ll track what’s where, keep the inventory system in order, manage suppliers and deliveries, and jump in to fix barcode errors or label returns, all without needing a reminder.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- You’ll receive, label, relocate, and systemise stock across a fast-moving environment.
- You’ll perform rolling stocktakes, reconcile barcode, inventory discrepancies, and ensure what’s on the system matches what’s on the shelf.
- You’ll manage faulty returns, track warranties, and handle local pick-ups, dispatches, and collections.
- You’ll track backorders, follow up on shipments, and ensure critical spares and consumables are replenished on time.
- You’ll assist with purchase orders, coordinate freight, and liaise with suppliers.
- You’ll support warehouse, production, and technical teams to ensure gear is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
- You’ll operate a forklift for safe and efficient inventory movement.

What You’ll Bring
- Hands on inventory or procurement experience.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, combined with reliability, resilience, and the drive to get things done independently.
- Confidence using systems like Microsoft Office. Experience using inventory management software like RentalPoint (or similar) is a huge advantage.
- A current driver’s licence and forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
