NEP Australia is currently looking for a Crewing Coordinator to join our team at Southbank, Melbourne.
This Full Time Fixed Term Contract position will work within the Crewing, Production and Travel team to coordinate travel for sports broadcasts. The hours are primarily Monday to Friday business hours but due to the nature of live sport, will include after hours and some weekend work. The contract will run from May to October 2026.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Book freelance crew for outside broadcasts in line with project requirements
- Manage freelance crew correspondence and emails
- Create and distribute Call Sheets and Production Schedules for broadcasts
Required skills and attributes:
- Broadcast, Production, or event experience desirable but not essential
- Minimum of one year broadcast / production experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience using MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
- Be a collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and can work autonomously
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
