About this opportunity:

ICC Sydney’s Audio Visual Services Department is made up of five specialist teams: Audio, Vision, Lighting, Staging and Rigging. We are currently recruiting experienced Audio, Vision and Lighting technicians and operators and welcome applications from candidates looking to specialise in one or multiple disciplines within our team.

In this role, you will deliver high end corporate and live events across the entire ICC Sydney precinct, including the TikTok Entertainment Centre, Darling Harbour Theatre, Pyrmont Theatre, the Grand Ballroom, more than 50 meeting rooms and over 35,000sqm of exhibition floor space.

Whether your background is in Vision, Audio or Lighting, you’ll be working with an extensive range of premium production equipment – from Barco, Infiled and Pixera, to DiGiCo, d&b and Riedel, through to grandMA, Ayrton and Martin fixture across our premium venue in Darling Harbour.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in Audio, Vision or Lighting, either as a specialist or across multiple disciplines.
  • Rigging experience advantageous.
  • Ability to interpret and work from schematics, rigging plans and technical documentation.
  • Ability to work autonomously or lead technical teams when required.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder focused mindset.
