Senior Service Technician

Role title: Senior Service Technician

Work location: All work is required to be completed from our Tullamarine (VIC, Australia) office.

Employment basis: Full-time

Available to: People with a right to work in Australia. We are not able to offer visa support.

Planned start date: 01 SEP 2025

Your challenges: Keeping up in a fast-paced environment, with multiple concurrent repair jobs and changing requirements.

Your day-to-day: To repair and maintain robotic lighting and other production lighting, lighting effects and electrical equipment.

Working hours: 7.6 hours each weekday, 08:30 start time; 38-hour work week. Weekend work may be required from time to time on a rotating 7-day roster (with advanced notice).

Handover / Training: This is a new role in our business. Tasks will follow established processes, that the incumbent will be trained and supported in. You will work closely alongside our Service Coordinator.

Formal qualifications required: Australian Driver Licence, tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar; or 5 years relevant experience in a related job or field.

Required skills and experience: Intermediate IT fluency; intermediate numeracy and literacy skills.

Favourable skills and experience: Experience servicing and repairing production lighting equipment. Passion for robotics.

Remuneration: Yearly gross salary of $75K to $85K, plus Superannuation, plus offsets. (Level 5 in the Live Performance Award)
