The team at Creative Technology were proud to have recently supported Global Production Partners on the first-ever concert at the brand-new One New Zealand Stadium at Te Kaha in Christchurch – a historic milestone for the venue and the city.
This was a true full 4K end-to-end production, from capture right through to display.
CT supplied linked Barco E2 systems managing GPP-supplied media servers, delivering seamless large-format 4K workflows across the production.
To complement the existing setup, we supplied ROE Visual CB5 LED with Brompton Technology Limited processing, integrating with GPP’s LED to create one massive colour-matched screen measuring 46m wide x 9m high.
The camera system was also fully 4K, from lenses through to signal distribution and records, including:
• Fujinon 4K lenses
• Panasonic AK-UC4000 camera chains
• Panasonic UE150 PTZ cameras
• Full ISO records on every camera and ME via Blackmagic HyperDeck Extreme 8K HDR
A massive project for Christchurch, and a great one to be part of alongside the teams at Global Production Partners, ECCLES ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED and Duco Events.
