Workshop Team Members

We are looking for future workshop heroes to help us create custom solutions for the entertainment industry.

About the role:

The ideal candidate will be ready to join our dedicated workshop team, who design and build road cases and custom-hire products for the entertainment industry. The candidate will sport previous experience in woodworking, an ability to operate hand tools and machinery, previous experience with painting and/or general carpentry skills. No two projects are the same, and our workshop team enjoy a very diverse range of tasks in support of our dry hire and full-scale production teams across the country.

Don’t have these skills already? That’s ok! We will also consider new team members ready to work hard and learn a new craft. Training and development opportunities are on offer for a variety of disciplines including an opportunity to work with and learn how to program and operate our cnc router for projects.

We have multiple roles and flexible working arrangements available to the right candidates from a variety of backgrounds such as:

  • A tradesperson-in-training
  • A home handyman wanting a change in scenery.
  • A uni student looking for additional opportunities
  • Semi-retired jack-of-all-trades wanting a casual position
  • A career tradesman looking for something new.

Our services include a dry hire facility for equipment as well as production supply for theatre, toured productions, corporate events and architectural lighting. Based across two locations nationally—Victoria and NSW—the business provides quality gear, service and expertise to a vast client base daily.

General Information:

  • Flexible hours, full time, contract and casual positions available.
  • Workshop operating hours are typically 0900am to 0500pm Monday to Friday
  • Located at Noble Park Victoria
  • Highly competitive remuneration packages tailored to people skills and experience available.
