Your responsibilities but not limited as a Venue Technician are:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all Audio Visual equipment within the attraction.
Developing and implementing maintenance processes and schedules to minimise downtime.
Train the frontline team to troubleshoot any issues that may arise with equipments.
Provide ad-hoc technical support to other areas of the business.
General Attraction upkeep
To be successful for the Role, you must have:
Sound technical aptitude with various audio, lighting and vision systems
Be customer-centric with a strong desire to ensure the best possible experience for our guests.
The ability to work independently and to tight deadlines.
Good level of technical understanding working with various audio, lighting and vision systems
Be comfortable working with hand and power tools.
Previous hospitality or tourism experience preferred.
