Venue Technician – Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre

Salary $45,806-$52,140 pa plus super

76 hour fortnight, Monday to Sunday

Full time position fulfilling the technical, production and client needs of an ever increasing number of live shows and events.

Do you have a diverse range of industry experience in entertainment, events or touring shows? Would you like to work in a busy and fast-paced event environment?

Key areas of accountability for this position include:

• Proven employment experience with audio, lighting and vision equipment and systems in theatres, convention centres or touring productions for a range shows, events and functions.

• A presentable professional person with a ’can do’ attitude, attention to detail and pride in their work; coupled with the desire to learn and develop new skills and contribute to every production in order to make it the best it can be.

• Good communication, team and supervisory skills with professional and community groups

• Physical fitness to undertake the inherent requirements of the position
