This is a Permanent Part Time 20 hour per week position, with a variable spread of shifts and hours which may be over any of the seven days of the week.
The VENUE TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR plays a key role in the coordination and delivery of all technical services at Burrinja. They will have experience in similar roles and have a high level knowledge of theatre operations.
They will be keen to work with the team to further arts, culture and community in the region, and demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service. It is expected that the successful candidate will build on Burrinja’s positive relationships with venue users by providing timely technical advice, support and the professional execution of events.
It is expected that the VENUE TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR will be flexible in their allocation of weekly hours required to successfully deliver the responsibilities of the position. The nature of the role requires regular evening and weekend work.
