The Venue and Production Manager is a new role at Dancehouse commencing in January 2022 working in partnership with a committed and talented small team running Australia’s only venue dedicated to the year-round presentation of dance.
You will be an experienced live performing arts production or technical coordinator or manager excited to expand your skills and experience in this exciting and dynamic role in a small Melbourne-theatre. You are a resourceful, handy, and multi-talented creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude. You delight in working with local, national, and international artists across a range of events and programs and enjoy varied tasks.
This is an opportunity to gain career-changing management and leadership experience in a rare role encompassing all venue, technical and production elements of a working producing and presenting theatre.
