Lighthouse Theatre is looking for technical staff to help set up and operate our wide range of performances and events.
Working across various disciplines including lighting, audio, staging and A/V, our Technical Services department ensures the successful staging of every event regardless of size.
This position is casual, and hours will be allocated according to business needs over a calendar week and might include weekends, evenings and daytime work.
The successful applicant will have:
Demonstrated knowledge and previous experience operating technical equipment in any discipline (lighting, audio, staging or A/V).
Energetic and able to perform well in high-pressure situations.
Knowledge of, or capacity to learn & operate computerised systems
Good organisation skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
Previous experience working in theatre or performing arts centres will be highly regarded

Hourly Rate: $36.75 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading)
