Campbelltown Arts Centre is a leader and innovator of multidisciplinary contemporary arts programs and is seeking several highly motivated Theatre Technicians (Casual) with the vision and expertise to make a significant contribution to the future of this exciting flagship venue.
Casual Theatre Technicians are responsible for providing technical and production services to the Campbelltown Arts Centre’s diversity of clients, including the operation of sound and lighting equipment, to ensure that all clients have the best technical support for their events.
Reports to the Production Coordinator
Essential criteria include: Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or substantial job related experience in light/sound/theatre technical production, a working knowledge of theatre and events operations including the set up/ pack down and operation of audio/visual systems, outstanding customer service skills, ability to work flexible hours including weekend work, and a current C class driver’s licence.
Salary is from $29.74 per hour (including 25% casual loading). Applications close Monday 9 April 2012.
