The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and experienced Theatre Technician to join the Theatre Production Team on a full-time basis. This position is responsible for the support of A.V, audio, lighting and staging for all events and productions. The position is also responsible for the support of production administration and box office.
About you
You will have:
- A minimum of 12 months recent experience in theatre and event production with demonstrated support experience in lighting, audio and/or A.V. and Staging
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Computer literacy
- The ability to work in a team environment, problem solve and take initiative
- Knowledge and experience in Work Health and Safety ideally in the Arts and Events industry
- The ability to work with young people
- Flexibility in working hours as required.
