Salary: $64,192.96 per annum pro rata

Part-Time (25 hrs/wk) – Permanent
The Theatre Technical Officer is responsible for assisting with technical operations in the Riverlinks complex of venues, primarily Riverlinks Eastbank and Riverlinks Westside. This includes stage operations, lighting, sound, audiovisual, mechanist and wardrobe duties.
Applicants should have practical experience in the use of theatre equipment, production of theatre performances and technical presentation of corporate events such as conferences and seminars.
The role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend shifts.

Note: This position is subject to a 6 month qualifying period in accordance with the Fair Work Australia minimum employment period. During the qualifying period employees will be provided with appropriate on-going induction, support, assistance, resources and training to enable them to meet the required performance standards for the position.
