In anticipation of the re-opening of theatres, events and festivals as public gathering restrictions are lifted, Lake Macquarie City Council is seeking expressions of interest from theatre and event professionals to establish a pool of theatre production and event technician contractors.
Duties may include staging, lighting and AV set up and programming; show cue operation and live audio mixing; venue bump out and restore.
These roles will be needed across various venues in Lake Macquarie City, including the newly refurbished Rathmines Theatre, due to be unveiled in July 2020.
