A tender has been released by the Department of Education and Training seeking the supply of eight distinct services that support the delivery of the annual Victorian State Schools Spectacular:·
- Lighting·
- Audio·
- Vision·
- Radio communication·
- Broadcast recording·
- Creative Director·
- Creative Producer·
- Payroll
The specifications for all services are provided in the document 1718-063 ITS Part A2 – Specifications.docx. A series of attachments to the specifications is also provided.
Suppliers are invited to respond with regard to one service or, if they wish, more than one service. Part D – The Offer indicates how responses covering more than one service should be structured.Suppliers can register their interest on the tender website.
There is an optional industry briefing on Monday 30 April at 11am. For those that can’t make the briefing, all questions and answers at the session will be uploaded via the Tenders Vic site so that all suppliers have access to the same information.
