ENTOUR is a Perth-based Production company specialising in Corporate & Private Events. We provide full-service Audio, Lighting, LED Screens, Staging & Event Production services across the Perth / Peel, and South West Region.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Production Crew to join our expanding team in Full-Time, Part-Time & Casual positions. This hands-on role involves the setup, operation, and pack-down of Audio, Lighting, Vision (LED), and Staging Equipment for a wide variety of events – from Corporate Functions in 5 Star Hotels & Marquee Weddings in the beautiful South West wine region!
You would work both On-Site and in our Warehouse, contributing to our events delivery from pre-production to bump-out. Flexibility is key, with work hours at times including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepping & Loading with our team.
- Set up, operate, and pack down of equipment.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues onsite.
- Working collaboratively with our clients, event producers, and crew
About You
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Live Events or Corporate Audio-Visual
- Strong skills in at least one area: Audio, Lighting, or Vision (LED)
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused on site.
- Physically fit, with the ability to handle heavy equipment with assistance.
- A great communicator and team player who fits into our close-knit team.
- Willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- WA Driver’s Licence (necessary)
- Additional tickets/licenses (MR, HR, EWP, Rigging) are highly regarded
