Technician – Lighting, Sound

We are on the lookout for an exceptional Venue Technician with expertise in live sound and lighting to join our passionate team in delivering an outstanding guest experience in the Felons Barrel Hall.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Day to day operation of the Felons Barrel Hall audio and lighting systems.
  • Working with visiting bands to provide all required production services.
  • Working with our external Events AV Partner to provide AV services to our Barrel Hall corporate customers.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experienced (4+ years) in the live music or theatre/performing arts industry
  • Demonstrated competency in operating mid-large audio systems, FOH engineering for touring bands, music festivals and corporate AV;
  • Demonstrated competency in operating and rigging lighting systems – specifically Grand MA consoles;
  • Sound knowledge of corporate AV and video systems;
  • Highly developed customer service skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure with a passion for technical production;
  • A team player;
  • Ability to work a Wednesday to Sunday week.
