The position
Due to continuous growth, we are seeking committed and proactive technicians experienced in the discipline of rigging to join our Technical Services team on a Full Time basis.
You will be responsible for the delivery of rigging services for all events across the Convention and Exhibition Centres, ensuring the expectations of the clients are exceeded. The setup, operation and pack down of rigging equipment for a variety of events will be required, as will the ability to solve issues as they arise.
You
Candidates will have proven experience in the equipment and systems used for event based rigging, be professionally presented and groomed for a corporate environment, have a strong customer service focus, excellent team skills, the ability to communicate clearly and a willingness to expand your knowledge.
An intermediate riggers ticket, elevated work platform (EWP) ticket and construction induction card are required for this role. Boom lift, Fork Lift and Tertiary qualifications in this field would be an advantage.
You must be flexible to work across the 7 day week, night and day.
