Technician

Devonport City Council is seeking an experienced, energetic and motivated individual to join the Paranaple Arts Centre and Paranaple Convention Centre, providing technical operations to the Convention and Arts department.  

The hours of work will generally be Monday, Thursday and Friday, working 24 hours per week, but could be varied depending on operational requirements. Candidates would ideally have varied experience in concert production, including Audio, Lighting and Vision.

The role will ensure clients receive the highest possible service and form part of a team committed to the safety of staff and patrons, the security of the building and its contents.

We are located on the Mersey River in the heart of the beautiful North West Coast of Tasmania.
