HME Services is looking for knowledgeable people to join our sales team. We supply our customers with winches, hoists, curtain track, drapes, audio/lighting equipment, AV systems and production products. Our national and international clients range in size from community groups to world-class producers.
The main purpose of this role is to serve customers over the phone and by email.
After getting to know our products and services, you will also conduct client visits. Ensuring our clients are assisted promptly and efficiently will support the success of the team.
Based in Condell Park NSW or Meadowbrook QLD, the Sales Associate will use their solid understanding of the entertainment industry to:
• Nurture new and existing clients.
• Prepare quotations and proposals for clients.
• Follow up on leads & opportunities in a timely manner.
• Build a sound knowledge of our full product offering.
• Be solutions orientated.
• Ensure issues raised by clients are quickly resolved.
• Share your expert knowledge with the team and support colleagues in their responses to clients.
This isn’t just a selling role…..HME takes pride on being able to provide expertise to our clients. Providing technical solutions is the core of our business.
The successful candidate will have demonstratable experience working within the entertainment industry preferably in a technical capacity. This is a customer-focused role so candidates should be confident in dealing with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds. The Sales Team can get very busy so the ability to work effectively when under pressure is essential.
