Are you a skilled and confident team player who is passionate about delivering high-quality performances, conferences & events?
This exciting Technical Team Leader role will coordinate the provision of technical design and execution, OH&S procedures, risk assessments, event bump in and bump outs to ensure the smooth operation and successful execution of performances, conferences, functions and events at the venue. Previous experience managing the day-to-day technical operations of a performing arts & convention centre or professional theatre is required.
The successful applicant will have extensive experience and proficient skills in audio, visual and multimedia equipment and developing, implementing and reviewing OHS procedures and processes. Experience in staff leadership, motivation and supervision is a crucial element of this role.
