About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Technical Support Specialist, responsible for supporting customers with technical product-related queries, assisting with pre- and post-sales engineering support, design and documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering technical questions from our dealer base and/or end users for AV and lighting products within a timely and accurate manner
- Actively maintaining a pulse on industry and product knowledge, contributing feedback on market intelligence and regularly partaking in product training
- Promoting Jands products and services
- Supporting with the preparation, testing and dispatching equipment and resources for events, tradeshows, conferences, internal and external training schools and demos
- Supporting Customer Support Coordinators with overflow of customer enquiries

Key requirements for this role include:
- Qualifications in Audio Engineering
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong knowledge and interest in AV, lighting and staging products
- Solutions focused and ability to troubleshoot
- Experience with ERP & CRM systems
