Technical Services Manager

Maximum Term Contract Full Time – 36.25 hours per week – until 24/02/2023 (maternity leave cover)

$81,276.69 to $84,815.96  Annually  + up to 12% super  

RCC Officers’ Level 5 

We are seeking applicants who are looking for an exciting and rare opportunity to join our successful team as the Technical Services Manager within the Redland Performing Arts Centre. This position will see you managing all aspects of the technical department, including design and operation of theatre systems (lighting, sound audio/visual and staging) and ensuring that production standards meet or exceed national or industry standards.

About you

Your previous experience (ideally 5 years) in a production / technical management position leading a team of technical production staff in a medium to large entertainment venue or professional performance company will see you succeed in this position. In addition, your current knowledge of production and staging requirements, along with your flair and interest for creative production designs is essential.
