Capturing the renowned spirit and vitality of Sydney, the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre is Australia’s leading events venue, located on the waterfront in the Darling Harbour precinct.
We are looking for dedicated individuals who have extensive experience in the Convention, Theatre, Television, or Music Industry who can interpret, design and manage the technical requirements of our clients’ events.
Responsibilities include the preparation and maintenance of all technical documentation associated with an event including; estimates, production schedules, design and event drawings, preparation of work orders, invoices and CAD drawings.
To be successful in this role you will possess technical expertise in either lighting, audio, audio visual, staging or video. In addition, you will be a confident communicator who is able to negotiate with clients and manage staff.
Applicants who can demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to event design will be highly regarded.
