NIDA is looking for a highly talented Technical Manager to work across all of NIDA’s performance and training venues.
NIDA employs some of Australia’s best dramatic arts professionals and our facilities are of an international standard. This role has responsibility for managing a small team of professional technical staff who provide technical expertise and resources to meet NIDA’s dual production needs as Australia’s leading higher education provider in dramatic arts and as a commercial venue.
Working with external hirers, internal customers as well as Australia’s elite dramatic arts students requires someone with excellent people skills who genuinely likes sharing their technical expertise and knowledge.
In order to advise stakeholders and service technical needs across our venues you will have a thorough knowledge of theatre and AV production technologies, including emerging online forums, and events.
