We seek a highly motivated individual who is passionate about the arts, events, and safety, with a proven track record of managing and delivering festival programs and sites.
About you
You are an experienced Technical Manager with 5+ years in an equivalent role, who can work collaboratively to deliver site-based festival programs and events. You are an adaptable initiative taker, capable of successfully managing and leading a team to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have a sound knowledge of industry trends, technology, and best practice, and you take a proactive approach to Work Health and Safety from a public, artist, staff, and creative perspective.

The position
The Technical Manager will commence late April 2022 on a 6-month full-time, fixed-term contract. Interviews will be conducted week commencing 4 April 2022.
