The City of Sydney is seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join the City’s Venue Management Team.
Based in Sydney Town Hall and working as part of our Technical Production team, you will provide technical production service delivery for clients and hirers of the City of Sydney’s commercial venues during the sales process, pre event client meetings and event day operations. The Technical Coordinator is also responsible for the maintenance and support services of all Venue Management’s technical equipment and to provide support to the Technical Production Coordinator as required.
Sydney Town Hall was upgraded in 2010 and has an extensive range of sound, vision and lighting equipment with a busy event calendar covering a wide range of events, including concerts, corporate events and exhibitions.

To be successful in this position you will be able to demonstrate extensive experience and knowledge in:
• Technical production including operation of sound, audio recording and lighting services within a multi purpose performance venue such as the Sydney Town Hall
• Customer service
