Symphony By the Lake is a free event featuring a full orchestra on the banks of beautiful Lake Orr. Held at the Lakeside stage at Varsity Lakes, QLD, this annual event features operatic and orchestral entertainment.
Sound and Lighting were provided by Gold Coast Production and management company Chatterbox. The business is owned and run by David Lee-Jay and Sheila Lorraine. With years of experience both here and in the UK and being entertainers themselves, they are well-equipped to understand the technicalities of providing successful production.
The 60-piece Gold Coast Symphony Orchestra and supporting artists entertained the crowd of 3000, using an Acoustic Technology CLA Firebird System and a variety of Acoustic Technology monitors.
Crowds were to the side of the lake as well as on the far side of the lake and by all reports experienced a beautiful atmosphere and a night enjoyed by all.
