A rare opportunity has become available for a highly experienced individual to lead the Production and Technical Services team within Council’s Major Venues Department.
The Supervisor will ensure the delivery of technical and production services in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring the delivery of a customer focused, industry best practice service within the Major Venues & Cultural services unit and across the broader Council when required.
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check – Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).

- Diploma in Live Production and Technical Services (or related discipline) is highly desirable

Application Criteria
- Leadership experience with the ability to drive and motivate your team to develop an inclusive culture and foster a collaborative One Team approach.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in the provision, operation and maintenance of all production, theatre and event technical systems including audio, audio visual, lighting and staging (Qualification in this area are highly desirable)
- Experience in managing a range of stakeholders including commercial and community clients, tenants, community groups volunteers and members of the public to ensure operational outcomes are achieved.
- Project management skills and experience in project plans, coordinate resources and monitoring budgets to ensure project milestones are met.
