In this position you will support the operation and use of facilities in the Whitehorse Centre.
You will coordinate all aspects of technical operations at the Whitehorse Centre and ancillary rooms and venues, including the mounting of performances in all venues and the provision of technical support, operate lighting, sound, stage and audiovisual equipment, attend to necessary maintenance and ensure safe procedures are practiced at all times.
The successful applicant will have experience in bump-in and bump-out procedures and the operation of technical equipment for theatrical productions, a Level 2 First Aid Certificate, good level of knowledge and skill in the operation and maintenance of lights, audio, staging and audio visual as well as knowledge and commitment to Occupation Health and Safety.
You will also have the option to work as a Theatre Technician.
