Stage Production Traineeship

$47,206 – $51,330 per year

Now that the world is getting back to normal, have you been venturing out to local concerts or festivals?  We know we have been!!!

Have you found yourself watching the kaleidoscope of colours with wide eyes and listening to the range of sound in pure awe? 

Have you ever wondered how you might be part of the cool crew dressed in black who slide in and out of the background on stage and get paid to be there instead of paying for a ticket?

Your Role:

ELS Productions unique crew of technical leaders, long term staff and engineers are looking for their next cool kid to join the ranks as part of an on-the-job traineeship where you will learn from the best in the industry whilst actively working towards a Certificate III in Live Production and Technical Services.

You will also have the opportunity to be part of a great team using the latest equipment, delivering world-class events for an annual calendar including but not limited to Cooly Rocks On.

Your Experience:

The key to your success will be your ability to be a confident team player, possess a strong work ethic and have the ability to learn and work in a professional, fast-paced environment.

We are looking for recent school leavers (within last 3 years) with any of the following:

  • Experience working within a team
  • Experience communicating with diverse groups of people 
  • Experience working in the construction industry an advantage
