We’re looking for a dream team! Production Manager and Stage Manager roles available for upcoming national tour.
Robot Song is a new musical for ages 8 – 12, which will tour nationally in 2019. The show uses live digital animation and robotics to tell the story of 11 year old Juniper May, a smart girl on the Autism Spectrum who meets a neglected 80’s TV Robot called Battletac and teaches him to sing. The show goes for 60 minutes and has a 5 hour bump in and 2 hour bump out in each venue. The tour starts with rehearsals in Melbourne on 22 April and finishes up in NSW on 18 July.
We are seeking a touring production manager and a stage manager (2 positions) to tour with the show throughout regional and metro Australia. This is a remount, so the build has already taken place, you will largely be managing the remount, logistics of the tour and operating during the shows.
