FreFlow is a wireless LED lighting system from Sony that synchronizes with other effects via radio frequency. The system is DMX-controlled and features colour-changing and fades, the ability to change speeds, and a function that randomly changes colours. Two control options exist. Broadcast control runs each unit uniformly, while individual ID control manipulates each unit via its unique number. The system’s transmitter covers a range of up to 650′, and the individual units are available as a stick or a wristband. FreFlow has been used on various live events in Japan, as well as at the Anime Expo in Los Angeles in July.
