Showtime Productions in Sydney were one of the first Australian hire companies to add Clay Paky Alpha Spot HPE 700 fixtures to their inventory. The Alpha Spot 700 is a 700W effects projector with the following highlights: linear zoom 15° – 40°, colour mixing CMY, graphic system with 14 gobos plus animation disc, and linear CTO.
“The Alpha Spot HPE 700’s are an amazing light,” commented Arian Yeganeh from Showtime Productions. “Not only are they half the weight of a MAC700, they have fantastic optics and are really fast. Most of our clients are very impressed by just how lightweight they are weighing only 22 kilos.

Alpha Spot 700 also offers some original features: a wheel with seven colours that can be easily replaced with the same number of gobos, a fixed gobo wheel with interchangeable gobos, and a new “dynamic” animation disc interchangeable with other animation or graphic discs.
