Show Technology is pleased to announce the distribution of a wide range of Theatrelight products, including power distros, small control boards and reliable splitters as well as their impressive TL-F1000 and TL-F500 fresnels, perfect for productions, theatres, TV studios, lighting displays including art galleries, museums and exhibitions.

Theatrelight was founded in New Zealand in 1972 by theatre lighting designer Rex Gilfillan to provide a range of electronic lighting control products to the Theatre and Television industry. Today, Theatrelight supplies an expanding export market to many countries worldwide. Theatrelight equipment is installed in many major venues in Australia and New Zealand, in Southeast Asia, Saudi Arabia, Japan and in Korea. Their largest installation base is in the Peoples Republic of China, where its control boards and dimmers are installed in many of the country’s theatres and television stations.

“Theatrelight is well respected around the world and we are proud to be their exclusive Australian distributor,” remarked Emmanuel Ziino, Managing Director of Show Technology. “Their equipment is designed in New Zealand and has a great build quality. Rex Gilfillan is a passionate engineer who constantly refines and improves his designs which keeps Theatrelight at the forefront of its market.”

“We are very proud that Theatrelight products will be represented by Show Technology in Australia. Their many show rooms and service centres in the major cities around the country will be able to demonstrate our equipment and provide the technical support their customers deserve.” Remarked Rex Gilfillan, Managing Director of TheatrelightNZ. “We are excited about Theatrelight’s future in Australia.”

Theatrelight products are designed with versatility to cover a wide range of lighting situations in entertainment, commercial display and education. They offer the operator reliability, ease of use, and most of all, the adaptability required by today’s lighting designers.
