Shaping the Stage Experience at Emerton Public School

Emerton Public School, known for its vibrant performing arts program, has taken a bold step to redefine its stage experience. Collaborating with industry leader PHANTOS, the school has successfully integrated cutting-edge LED screen technology alongside a state-of-the-art curtain track system, setting the stage for unparalleled performances and captivating visual displays.

At the forefront of this transformative journey is the installation of a central LED screen, strategically positioned as the focal point of the stage. This dynamic addition adds a new dimension to Emerton Public School’s performances, providing a versatile backdrop for various artistic expressions. From vibrant musicals to captivating plays and dance recitals, the LED screen enhances the visual appeal, creating an immersive experience for both performers and the audience.

Complementing this is the motorized main house curtain system, meticulously crafted from Wool IFR 550 fabric, weighing 550g/sqm. This inherently fire-retardant material ensures the highest safety standards during performances, aligning seamlessly with Australian safety regulations. The main house curtains, along with two wings, and two side panels, form a comprehensive curtain system reflecting the school’s artistic vision.

Elegance meets functionality in each curtain, including the motorized main house curtains, featuring masking borders for sophistication and stage definition. Crafted with 50% fullness, these curtains not only meet stringent safety standards but also boast test tags for compliance.  The IFR fabric’s inherent fire-retardant properties persist throughout its lifespan, ensuring lasting safety commitments even after dry cleaning.

The newly installed curtain track system showcases advanced motorization technology, emphasizing functionality and ease of use. Motorized main house curtains allow smooth and effortless movements, transforming the stage seamlessly for each production. The quiet and precise operation eliminates distractions, allowing performers to shine and captivate the audience.

PHANTOS customizes curtain tracks for Emerton  Public School’s hall, ensuring functionality, ease of installation, and durability. Their expertise in curtains and LED screens transforms the space, prioritizing safety and innovation. Schools seeking upgrades, including LED screens, can benefit from PHANTOS’ solutions for a secure, advanced performance space.
