We’re seeking Senior Warehouse Technicians to play hands-on leadership roles within our NSW operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, preparing and returning equipment, and leading small teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on time.
This role suits candidates with industry experience, however experience in entertainment or production is preferred but not essential — strong warehouse, logistics, or technical experience is equally valued.

About the Role
As a Senior Warehouse Technician, you’ll be responsible for the hands-on coordination of prep and return activities while supporting junior staff and maintaining strong safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and returning equipment for hire and production projects
- Leading and supporting small teams during busy prep and return periods
- Ensuring all processes are followed to maintain stock accuracy and quality
- Operating stock control systems (Flex or similar)
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Supporting training and development of junior team members
- Conducting quality checks, stocktakes, and cycle counts
- Supporting internal teams and customer service requirements as needed
About You
You’re practical, reliable, and comfortable leading by example in a hands-on environment.
You’ll bring:
? Experience in warehousing, logistics, technical production, or similar hands-on roles
? Strong teamwork and basic leadership capability
? High attention to detail and safety awareness
? A proactive and self-motivated work style
? Good communication skills and a positive attitude
? Current driver’s licence (forklift/HR licence advantageous)
Experience in entertainment or live production is preferred but not essential — we’re happy to train the right person.
