The role
The team at Bendigo Venues and Events are seeking an experienced Lighting Technician to perform a range of duties associated with the planning, setup and operation of live performances, functions and events across its suite of venues. The role is also responsible for ongoing maintenance and documentation of specialist lighting equipment and systems.
About you
You will be required to operate a range of equipment, supervise technical staff and provide assistance with the bump in and bump out of performances. If you have a passion for live performance, industry experience, a commitment to great customer service and enjoy working as part of a large team, we’d love to hear from you. You must also be available and willing to work irregular hours, evenings and weekends.
Qualifications, licences, police check
Evidence of a satisfactory police records check and Working with Children Check is required for this position. Tickets and licences in Elevated Work Platform, Test & Tag, White Card, Rigging, Working at Heights or other high-risk work licences will be highly regarded.
