Merrigong Theatre Company is a not-for-profit company which operates Wollongong’s Illawarra Performing Arts Centre (IPAC), and the Wollongong Town Hall. We also create, commission, produce and present exciting, innovative professional theatre.??
Located on the coast in the city of Wollongong, the heart of Dharawal Country, just over an hour south of Sydney, Merrigong Theatre Company is one of Australia’s most dynamic regional performing arts companies. We are now seeking an experienced, energetic Senior Lighting Technician to coordinate and deliver the planning and realisation of the?lighting?requirements of incoming shows and to support?in-house?Merrigong?productions. The position plays a key role in our technical department and will work with the team in delivering all technical aspects for a variety of theatre performances and events both venue-based and site-specific.?
