We’re seeking a Senior Audio Visual Installer with a creative edge—someone who’s not just running cables, but crafting experiences. This is not your standard AV installation role. If you’re a sparky who’s looking for something more creative, this role could be for you!
You’ll be working on immersive lighting setups, crystal-clear sound systems, and stunning visual displays across diverse venues and environments.
Whether it’s a cutting-edge gym, live performance venue, event space, or a custom corporate fit-out, you’ll help bring ambitious ideas to life with precision, care, and an unwavering commitment to clean, professional results.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the on-site installation of AV systems including lighting, sound, and vision components
• Read and interpret AV system schematics, line diagrams, and construction drawings
• Install, commission, and test equipment such as LED lighting rigs, audio processors, projectors, video walls, and control systems
• Ensure meticulous cable management using best practices (Velcro enthusiasts encouraged—cable ties need not apply)
• Work both independently and as part of a small team to deliver clean and functional AV outcomes
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to bring creative AV concepts to life
• Think creatively to solve problems and adapt solutions on the fly
Desirable (but not essential)
- AWP (Elevated Work Platform) certification
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Confined Spaces certification
- First Aid training
