Senior Audio Visual Technician – Vision

About the role:

We are looking for dynamic and passionate Audio Visual professional to join our team as our Senior Audio Visual Technician – Vision.

As an experienced AV Technician, you will join our fast-paced team and work across our three state-of-the-art buildings including our Convention, Exhibition & Theatre. No two days will be the same and you will be instrumental in supporting our extraordinary events come to life. Key tasks & responsibilities include:

  • Install, operate, monitor and maintain AV production across all AV applications property wide;
  • Lead AV teams on the floor to provide high quality service for all contracted events at ICC;
  • Event master programming and operation;
  • Broadcast camera systems build and operation;
  • LED wall build and configuration (Brompton experience desirable);
  • Projection systems (blending and warping);
  • Networking (NDI experience).

About you:

  • Minimum of 5 years working as a technician or similar;
  • Knowledge and experience within Corporate AV and the live entertainment industry;
  • Able to work autonomously while supervising and guiding others;
  • Specialist knowledge in Vision, with general knowledge across Audio, Lighting, Rigging and Staging;
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under some pressure;
  • Positive & proactive mindset;
  • Flexibility in working hours.
