LSV Group is a Lighting, Sound and Video equipment distribution business that needs a great Sales Director to ensure that we continue our strong sales trajectory.
The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Sales Director responsibilities include:
- Developing and achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- The goal is to promote and expand the company’s commercial activity that will generate revenue and lead to sustainable growth
- Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales target within assigned territories and accounts
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
- Driving a team and foster the ‘çan do’ attitude
Skills and Experience:
- You have proven 5+ years B2B sales closing experience
- You have excellent communication skills, energetic and highly motivated to succeed
- Strong Technology experience
- Superior problem-solving abilities
- Project and stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding communication and rapport building skills
- Commercial negotiation skills
